Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some of the more frequently asked questions for first-time commissioners, to answer your doubts and concerns.
For the time being, the completion time is roughly a month, but subjected to change according to my workload. But feel free to check on the list for the latest updates if you are concerned.
Unfortunately, there is no refund because revision and approval is made during the sketch stage. However, colours can be changed if needed.
Yes, refund will be made. Transaction fee however, is not. If the sketch is already made, only half of the fees will be refunded. No refund from lineart stage onwards.
You are highly encouraged to elaborate what you what, from the colour of the hair to the type of the clothings, etc. The more detail you provide, the accurate your idea will be presented.
